Since 1994, I’ve had the privilege to operate as a Loan Originator, NMLS# 284464, DRE# 02015118, as well as a Mortgage Banker and Branch Manager.  This privilege has led me to meet, and keep, many wonderful clientele and their family and friends as well.  My vast experience includes both purchase and refinance transactions involving most all loan types (both conforming and jumbo amounts) such as FHA, Conventional, VA, and USDA, all for either existing homes or new construction!  I also take pride in my experience and knowledge of many types of Down Payment Assistance programs which have helped hundreds of clients purchase their homes with zero to little money down, and zero to little in closing costs.

I currently hold both NMLS and DRE licenses, and am licensed in multiple states giving me the ability to originate loans (both purchase and refinance) outside of CA as well.  My hobbies include world travel, camping and all types of water sports.  I look forward to helping you purchase that first home, refinance your current home, or perhaps help with that dream vacation home or rental property, with my primary goal being to earn your trust and become your Lender for life.
